These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Websports Sport Tools portals located at sportstools.co.za and its subdomains, including StreamStudio, CricketBoard, and NexusLog (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age or have the legal authority to enter into these Terms in your jurisdiction. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
2. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Services, including by attempting to disrupt them, introducing malicious code, accessing data you are not authorized to access, or using the Services for any unlawful purpose.

The Services may integrate with third-party platforms such as Google and YouTube. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services.

The Services, including all software, design, and content, are owned by Cobitech and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You receive only the limited right to use the Services as permitted by these Terms.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cobitech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Services.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
